Egg Souffle With Croissant Crust  

  Apr 27, 2007 i bought a panera bread baked egg soufflé today and was impressed from the way it looks i'm guessing a real croissant dough, not those.

Easy breakfast casserole. line baking dish with 1 package crescent roll dough (unfolded). press side dish, lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper.
 

Line 4 souffle pans 4 inches in dia with dough. combine egg yolks with cheese blend. whip whites to soft peaks. fold whites into egg yolk mix. spoon 3/4-1 cup.  
Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit pull apart casserole. this is perfect for christmas breakfast bars. press croissant dough in the bottom and sides of a 8x8 pan.
